Probably hoping having a baby born here will give them more rights to stay here.. No wonder there's a strain on the NHS... There will at some point have to be a cut off point... Its just stating that we are under strain because of the amount high amounts of people coming to live here. I believe it says something like british women having children is down 44k and compared it to thrise of non bristish women giving birth has gon up 64k.
