		<description>I'm not convinced Virgin aren't already bandwidth filtering though. My downloads from xbox live are usually pretty snappy but I am finding that I need to pause youtube videos and let them download a bit before watching them. This could of course be server congestion though. I remember I used to be able to watch HD trailers near instantly but some low res video of somebody getting kicked in the balls is the sort of thing I really shouldn't be waiting for.</description>
