		<description>Hey,sorry to hear that rather distressing news.

Regarding CPR "have to press incredibly hard to physically pump the heart" - having done the red cross certification I discovered how light you have to actually press - indeed some people were recommended to use only one hand and the slightest of movements in order to pump the heart and avoid injury. Indeed it's not the depth you need to compress the chest - but the number of times you need to perform this action which makes CPR difficult to deliver in prolonged circumstances. You were very lucky to have the trained professionals present as it sounds as though they helped bring a sense of direction to the circumstances.
