		<description>I find the whole thing encouraging. It could become a cheap form of Active Denial to keep wackos from knocking on your door, or even walking down your street! :)</description>

		<description>Yes, there was a big study which concluded there was no evident risk, but as with anything they recommended that the exposure of children under 9 should be minimised due to the thinner skull and the unlikely but potential unknown effects of long term exposure. This applied to mobile phones as well.. the number of seven-year-olds with mobiles is scary for only one reason however - they&#039;re seven! :)</description>

Particularly given that it is one of those subjects where you end up reading a whole load of comments and end up wasting the best part of an evening.
