Going superhero crazy at the moment. The Spider-Man 3 teaser is out. The film itself isn’t released until May ‘07, mind.
Speaking of which, you know what I did today? I had five servings of fruit and vegetables, that’s what I did. I probably average 2-3, but not today. No. Today I had the full full five. Fruit and vegetables: you are done. Fruit and vegetables: you are now, in fact, my bitches. I don’t know whether I’ll develop the superpowers right now, or if it’ll take a few hours. I await with anticipation.

I have trouble with this whole 5 portions of fruit & veg a day. I think its because I have the firm belief that all the following count as a portion: chocolate raisins, toffee apples, snakebite, a packet of garibaldi biscuits, Terrys chocolate orange, and sherbet strawberries.
And this is listed on ‘Bloggers for Labour’ because?????????
Our opponents must be quaking in their boots, the kiddies are on the march, wetting themselves over superheroes whilst Cameron plots his entry to Downing Street.
By all means talk about this stuff with your friends but having it listed as a ‘latest post’ on ‘bloggers for Labour’ makes us look totally ridiculous to our opponents and anyone else passing by.
Have a blog, just call it something else rather than a ‘Labour’ one.
I think we dealt with you the first time you said that. Is boring now.
He has a point though, it does make us look rather stupid and immature.
Far be it from me to suggest that you\’re replying to your own post, but when anonymous commenters post from the same Tiscali IP block, I get a little suspicious…
Would it be possible to use tagging systems along with RSS to make it possible for sites such as Bloggers4Labour to filter the feeds for the post index to those relevent to all members of the group? The bloggers themselves can continue to post any material they desire and visitors to the blogs will be exposed to all of this via the recent post sidebar, but people just browsing the central feed for current political opinion need not scan through general interest posts etc. Assuming that is the purpose of the group anyway. It would be possible to maintain two feeds, one with filtering the other without.
This would apply to any blogging circle, not just politics. I am sure some people walk in more than one circle and it would be good if there was a way to prevent every post on every subject from every member appearing on every group index to which they belong.
Just an idea.
Wordpress blogs certainly support that - don’t know about blogger/typepad etc.. It’s all up to Andrew of B4L - he created the group after all, and if he wants a specific feed for Labour posts I’m happy to supply one.
When will “Mike” and “his” multiple pseudonyms take note of the fact that it’s called Bloggers 4 Labour, not Bloggers about Labour?!
