		<description>Fact: When governments want to divert attention from inside a country the best way to do it is to declare war on another nation. This has been shown again and again in extremely delicate situations... one example that is always given is Ethiopia. There are starving people in Ethiopia but they spend money on war to divert attention away from the problem.

Take this example... if there's such starvation is this why they're doing nuclear research, are they preparing for a war? Also, interestingly, Russia is supportive of Iran and it's nuclear programme.
