Good Night and Good Luck

You can go off people. George Clooney has some considerable acting talent, as well as looks. He directed Confessions of a Dangerous Mind from a Charlie Kaufman script (kinda) and I quite enjoyed it. When interviewed he’s eloquent and comes across very well. I sometimes disagree with his political statements but at least he tries to make a difference. Last weekend he won an oscar for best supporting actor. Good for him.

This evening I saw Good Night and Good Luck (I hadn’t been to the cinema for ages, then two trips in two nights – odd) which starred and was directed and co-written by Mr Clooney. And I thought it was excellent.

Now, look. That’s just not fair. You can’t be that good at everything. Hmph.
