hmmm, people are like that - sometimes I’ve found that their reaction has been ‘justified’. :-S

other times, it’s good to inform them of your feelings… ‘I found that offensive’, since sometimes people don’t realise that they’re being rude.

I’m rarely if ever polite to the telesales people. But that’s ok.. they dont call here anymore

You shouldn’t worry about asking me anything I won’t answer if I don’t want to (can’t think of many times I’d refuse to answer, unless it involved a third-party), but there’s no reason for you not to ask.

I was annoyed at the time at my ex’s response to a friendly offer, but in hindsight I may have overreacted. I only got 4.5hrs sleep the night before and was pretty upset after seeing her, so perhaps I went OTT. Maybe not, though. I don’t know now, and I’m not going to spend any more time thinking about it
